Gary the shop manager/owner is the most polite, knowledgeable and honest person I’ve ever met at a repair facility. He listened to me, gave me terrific feedback AND fixed my truck!!! I have an older vehicle which I’ve kept in good shape for a long time. Since covid my go-tos are either gone or management structure radically changed. They did a fantastic job! Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done to my car. They kept me updated throughout the process with check in calls, which I really appreciated. I brought my car in dirty, and it came back spotless. Not only did they wash the outside, but they even cleaned under the hood and took care of details I wasn’t expecting. They truly went above and beyond. The quality of service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for my tire change and tune up. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had an excellent experience with Gary and Carotech. They did a big overhaul and fix on my A.C. for my 2018 Honda CRV. Gary was honest, professional and kind, and they did a great job on the work. They cleaned and washed the car inside and out as a bonus. I recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
I had a great experience with Mr. Gary. It’s not easy to find an honest and skilled mechanic these days, but Mr. Gary truly stands out. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and fixed it without trying to add any unnecessary costs. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the work being done. His pricing is fair, and the quality of his work is excellent. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mr. Gary to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you again!
Between now and when i write the full review, i have a very simple piece of advice for anyone reading this. Call Carotech Auto, ask Gary when you can drop off your car and then trust him and his expert team to fix your car properly, for an extremely fair price and with the best warranty I've encountered from any auto mechanic shop in my life. Do not bother wasting time reading other reviews. This place is absolutely without compare the best auto repair shop in LA. Thank you Gary. For those who may be wondering, I found Carotech through a Google search and spoke to Gary for the first time about 72 hours ago. He suggested i drop my car off Wednesday. I just picked it up today (Thursday 11/9/2023) and the work done on it was exceptional in all respects. I'll never go to another auto mechanic as long as i remain in Los Angeles. But to be clear, prior to 3 days ago, i knew nothing about Gary or his shop. And my car had been neglected for the past 6+ years. It was also filthy and the engine compartment was an embarrassment to even see.
