as a young woman I’ve always been nervous to go to the mechanic… until I met Tony! He’s a friendly, dependable, straight shooter who I can always trust to take good care of me. He never pressures me to get services done, he just presents the facts. He calls me kiddo and gave me a jug of coolant when I had a non-urgent leak that I couldn’t afford to fix right away. He must have daughters!! I truly trust him.
I live in the east coast and my daughter lives in LA When her car broke down we had it towed to Silver Lake. Tony called me and explained what happened. He gave me my options and we decided on an engine swap. I have been in the auto business for 30 years and I knew he was correct and honest. When he quoted me the cost on the job I checked with my foreman in our shop. He said it was an extremely fair price. Tony gave me a time frame it should be finished. I like this place. They are straight shooters and there feels like lot of experience here. I got a synthetic oil/ filter change with a tire rotation for a competitive price. It was quite a bit lower than the dealership for sure. They gave me a quote over the phone the day prior and I dropped it off as soon as they opened. This place is usually busy, but it was done before I could finish a cup of coffee in less than an hour. I recommend this shop.
