As a Gold Elite member, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I asked at the front desk if there were any benefits or special recognition, I was met with a rude “no” and told “the rules are all the same” — no acknowledgment, no courtesy, not even a bottle of water. The breakfast was honestly a joke: a few bagels, some cereal, and coffee that tasted more like brown water than actual coffee. For the price charged, this level of service and quality is completely unacceptable. You can find far better hotels anywhere in the country for the same cost. The only positive thing I can say is that the rooms were clean — and that was the only plus of this stay.
My significant other and i stayed here for his work trip, drove 7 hours to get placed in a filthy room, the carpet was gross, mold in the shower. so we ask for another room. room #2 was the same except the mold was on the shower head, and it was caked on. room #3 was probably the best we were going to get. shower still had mold. i understand hotels aren’t going to be the epitome of cleanliness, but the bathroom and bed should be clean. for how much this hotel charges a night, along with parking, it should be much cleaner. my significant others work booked this for us and they are titanium members, and we still dealt with moving to three rooms before deciding to just stay because we were exhausted. there is no ventilation in the rooms whatsoever, if you go to the bathroom, expect the room to smell the entire time. thankfully the front desk guy working didn’t argue at all and was willing to help but he was honestly the best part about this hotel.

Had a great 10 day stay at this property for Christmas! Very comfortable, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Only suggestion i can offer: parking garage is small with weird angles so if youre driving a large vehicle find alternate parking💓
"I can’t say enough good things about SpringHill Suites Mount Lebanon. Every time I visit Pittsburgh, the team here makes me feel truly welcomed. A huge shoutout to Josh at the front desk—he is incredibly accommodating, always finding me the best rates and even helping me navigate a recent snowstorm (literally shoveling me out!). The entire front desk staff is kind and professional, making every check-in feel like coming home. The hotel is quite clean thanks to the hardworking housekeeping and maintenance teams, and the breakfast staff does a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay in the area, I highly recommend this location!"
We came to Pittsburgh for a quick overnight trip. I’m a Marriott Gold Elite member and always ask for a few bottled water from front desk upon check-in and never had any issues before. This time I forgot to ask for water during check-in and later my son went to the front desk asking for bottled water. Well, the front desk told him they couldn’t give it to him and ask him to fill bottle at the gym. And my son was told the front desk had bottled water but guests could only purchase water from the hotel. Not my normal Marriott experience 👎.
