Allstate Roofing did a great job recoating our flat foam roof. Chad, the owner, came out personally before the work started to do a final walkthrough and make sure everything was clear. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. The work was completed efficiently and the roof looks great. Overall a very positive experience — I would recommend Allstate Roofing to anyone looking for roof work in the Phoenix area.
We used Allstate Roofing on our old house and they did an amazing job so it was a no brainer to call them again to repair or replace our new homes’ roof which was leaking from a few bedrooms. Brad came out and showed us all the issues and we figured out that a repair was out of the question so we decided to do the same thing at this house by stripping the flat and sloped roof down to the bare structure, replacing all of the rotten plywood, using SBS membrane, radiant barrier insulation, battens, concrete flat tiles and the six compromised sky lights, with new ones. The sky lights even have motorized shades which is a benefit on those hot days and they work great. It was not an inexpensive job since we chose to use top of the line products. Brad and Nelson made themselves available any time we had a question which did happen a few times. We lived in the house while under construction and the entire crew respected our space, they were always on time and made sure to clean up every night before leaving. We highly recommend Allstate Roofing without reservation for all your roofing needs/projects, due to the professionalism, expertise, clear/fast communication, honesty, workmanship, attention to detail, and most importantly, respect. Our project was recently completed and we couldn’t be happier with the results. As before, they are definite go to for any future roofing needs. Daniel & Caryn Fisch

Our concrete tile was damaged by a commercial drone. We sent photos to Allstate, and they were able to schedule a replacement quickly. Brad replaced the broken tile as well as inspected the underlayment and the entire roof. Thank you to Allstate for the fast, friendly service!
The whole process of getting my roof replaced was painless, from the professional quote to the great work of the roofers and project manager.
