Nathaniel handled the service line and full panel upgrade at my mother's home, bringing her electrical system up from 100 Amps to 200 Amps. The price was much better than the other quotes we received, and he finished the job quicker than expected. The work passed inspection with no issues, and he was flexible with our schedule. We're already planning to have Nathaniel come back for some additional electrical repairs, and my brother will be using him soon for a sub panel installation. Nathaniel was very communicative, friendly, and easy to work with—he was the only electrician who took the time to meet my mom and introduce himself, while others just gave their estimates and left. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend him for any electrical needs.
I had a great experience with Back On Electricians when I needed help with four outlets that stopped working in my kitchen. Barry scheduled an appointment quickly and even picked up the phone right away, which made things so much easier. He showed up a few minutes early, which really impressed me since most electricians in Los Angeles are usually late. Barry finished the job in under an hour and took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms so I could understand what was going on. Nathaniel and Barry came by to replace a ceiling light in my garage and also repaired an electrical outlet that wasn’t working. They arrived on time, got straight to the job, and explained clearly what needed to be done before getting started. The pricing was fair and I really appreciated their professional attitude. I’ll definitely reach out to them again if I need any other electrical work done. Highly recommend!
We received top-notch electrical service at a fair price! Barry was very professional and handled the replacement of our LED lights efficiently. After getting a much higher estimate from a big company, we were happy that Barry gave us a reasonable quote and did excellent work. Nathaniel and Barry did a great job installing surge protectors in my breaker panel, transfer switch, and generator. They used their electrical know-how to make the setup even better than I expected. While working on my generator, they also checked and maintained the battery to make sure everything was running smoothly. Nathaniel installed a new light in our master bathroom shower, and it looks fantastic. I’m really happy with the quality of their electrical work and attention to detail.
