Debated between 4(.5) stars and 5 stars and here's why: On 5/19 our outside AC unit wasn't working. I called J.A. Sauer that same day, and they had someone come out on 5/22. The gentleman that came was very kind and had replaced our capacitor. The outside unit began to run and all seemed well. We let it run for a little then put it back to auto since it was cooler weekend. Fast forward to 5/26 when it was getting warmer again, we realized the unit hadn't turned on once since 5/22, despite lowering the settings the night prior. I immediately called J.A. Sauer again, and requested someone come back out. On 5/29, Cameron had come out to the house. Right off the bat, he noticed a piece of the outside unit was never put back on from the first visit, yikes! Cameron came inside and checked out our furnace, and told us he knew what was wrong - Apparently our furnace door hadn't been shut and/or wasn't staying shut which was causing the outside unit to not turn on. Cameron sincerely apologized on behalf of the company for this potentially being missed the first time. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining how HVAC stuff worked. 5 stars for Cameron, 4.5 stars for this potentially being missed the first time and for our unit not being put back together.
My air conditioning went out Monday night. J.A.. Sauer provides service to my home. Cameron was the tech who arrived today. He is very knowledgeable and so nice. I would recommend this company and especially this young man to repair my air conditioner and furnace. I have a maintenance agreement with them. Their office staff is very friendly.

First, I’ll start off with this was a prepaid service from when I had my furnace serviced. I opted For the AC service in the spring. Took two months to get an appointment . The day of the appointment I had no warning The technician was on his way. I had phoned the company and asked if they do that as a courtesy and they said they did. The technician showed up I live in a condo. He rang the bell and then left. He then came back. The service seems to be very disorganized with communication The technician completed the service and a reasonable amount of time . I don’t think I’ll be using JA. SAUER Service in the future. They installed the HVA system 10 years ago
Today (6/27/26), a J.A.Sauer technician (Tyler) came to our home. He was friendly and he presented himself well. I like a person who can look me in the eye as he introduces himself. He was here to work on our A.C. unit. He asked where the thermostat was and then lowered it to kick in the unit He went down to the basement to check on temperature. He then went outside to work on the unit . He didn't rush through his job. When he was finished, he gave us a verbal report which was very thorough. I felt very comfortable the entire time he was here. Thanks so much to Tyler and J.A. Sauer for a very positive experience. I highly recommend him. Barb Mikulski
J.A. Sauer and specifically the HVAC technicians Sean and Quinten were true professionals, installed my new HVAC system efficiently and effectively while taking the time to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.
