TLDR: DO NOT go here unless you're a friend of his family. I was recommended Zehner's by someone who knows the shop lead and sends his kids here exclusively because they "do good work" and "have great prices." I'm sure that's true, but only if the guy recognizes your family name lmfao. They wanted to charge me so much for a repair that it was cheaper to get a second tow somewhere else and have it repaired there. Ended up getting my car repaired at Crash Champions, including the 2 tows, for HALF the price they wanted to charge me and in less than half the time it took for them to decide on a price. They also claimed to have paid my first tow when my insurance company was making an inquiry to decide on my payout, which was a LIE because *I* paid for it the night I had it towed. So they were trying to double dip on that with my insurance and it almost ended up costing me the reimbursement of an expensive late-night tow from Medina. They also didn't want to interface with my claims adjuster at all, they called me to try and leapfrog my insurance guy and wanted to charge me 600 extra dollars just for getting him involved. At the end of the day, if you know Adam (or someone else on the team,) great. Go here and get the friends and family price. If not though, go literally anywhere else so you don't get a price that's hiked up so the shop can break even on the discounts they dish out to people they know. And for the love of God, don't go here if you're getting insurance involved because they'll screw you over for having the nerve to not have 2500 in your bank account.

Friendly service, timely response and quick repair. I am a returning customer to Zehners and would recommend them to those who just aren’t sure where to go or who to trust. I would use words such as knowledgeable, friendly, genuine, reliable, fair and understanding. I felt there was awareness to the importance of their customer’s need, to get their vehicle back on the road as soon and as safely as possible. They have always been up front with the repair needs and not up selling. The mechanic (Mark) that repaired my vehicle took time to answer my questions during the phone call to deliver the repair news and cost. We all feel “Work stress “and to carve out time from a busy day and meet the needs of a customer speaks highly to the person and the company in which they represent. Many thanks to Mark and the company. Keep up the great work!
Great experience working with Zehner's. They kept us well informed, the work was done timely, and the price was very fair. I will definitely use them for any future needs and will happily recommend them to others.
Stated we don't want your business. Leaking fuel line. Will shame them to anyone who mentions them. Was always happy to pay more fore great service. Put on hold, then guy says what, I explain my vehicle as a fuel line leak, he interrupts me. I said, no, it's a duramax, not a dump. He says, Nope not here, not interested. Sad. even the good service places are getting shitty people.
Have used them about 3-4 times and always happy with results and price. However, today when we picked up our car it was raining very hard for hours. Our car sat outside with the window down and the carpet, seat and door (of course where all the electrical switches are) was drenched. Hoping we don't get mildew from the carpet. Plus when we dropped off we told them to be careful of the door handle. The man who is at the intake desk said he saw the handle. When we picked it up the handle was missing. Mechanic said it wasn't there. Never saw it. Told us it would cost about $350+ to replace. So really disappointed in their lack of care for our car. Won't be back.
