He quickly replaced our water heater without a single hiccup and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brian with Charlotte Plumbing reached out to me right away when we said we had issues with our hot water heater. As first time homeowners, we ended up replacing the old flooding system ourselves, WELL, we installed the wrong one. Even though we couldn't afford their service, Brian walked us through everything anyway, gave us tips and advice. Their service quote was consistent, and not the problem, just our current position. We really appreciate everything and the friendliness of everyone.
Stephan is the best! He fixed a major toilet plumbing issue for me in a very efficient and fast manner. In about 2 hrs he had diagnosed the toilet drain flange had broken and been disconnected. Repaired and replaced all parts and reinstalled the toilet. Thoroughly checked for any further leaks or potential blockages and made certain there weren’t any further issues. And he did it all with some great hospitality and friendly conversation. The best part was he was prepared with everything needed. No trips to the store needed to get the job done. And he took care to make sure none of my possessions were damaged or dirtied while he worked. Kudos to him and Charlotte Plumbing organization. Couldn’t be happier.
