Cody arrived first thing in the morning and he was polite and addressed me by my name and explained who he was. I took Cody downstairs and he began to work immediately. Cody began bringing in his tools. Cody is a young man and I was impressed by his knowledges and his professionalism.I’m sorry, I forgot the name of the other gentleman who came to assist him with the installation of the furnace.. Cody explain the new Carrier furnace and how to operate the new thermostat. I loved it because there was no surprises with this installation. What was quoted is what we paid. It was all up and up. We really appreciated the honesty. It was a great experience. They put tarps down on the hardwood floors. they put tarps down on the wooden floors upstairs they wore booties on their shoes, Anderson did a great job.They have wonderful employees from the receptionists, to their service people, to the people who come and give honest estimates. If you need a new furnace and/ or air-conditioning or service you Definitely should go through Anderson Heating and Cooing. A honest company you can trust!

Called to setup an appointment for replacing a kitchen faucet which was very old. Had tried some other plumbers but they all were picky about the fact I had repurchased a faucet, they wanted to sell me their own, probably at a substantial markup. Anyways Anderson sent Ramel and he arrived, assessed the faucet and let me know that there was one small issue with the decorative bracket but otherwise could make it work. Charged me a fair price, removed the old faucet and installed the new one for me in record time. Was very nice and professional, I’d recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs.
I had a very pleasant encounter with Patrick Giebner. He was kind and very patience with my questions. He even tutored me on what I can do better with my AC Unit. He was very honest. I felt an immediate connection and would feel very comfortable with him in my home helping through my needs. Thank you, Patrick.
Ben S. was our service technician. He did a very thorough inspection of our air conditioning system unit, which unfortunately had leaked out all of the freon. On our his first visit out, he applied stop leak and a UV dye to determine where the leak was in our system. On his second visit, he was able to determine that the leak was repaired. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He applied shoe covers and was very respectful of the property. We had a great experience. Thank you so much!
