Excellent care from my primary care provider. They are attentive, compassionate, and take the time to listen and explain things clearly. I feel confident and well cared for under their guidance
My liver scan appointment was scheduled for 7am with a check-in at 6:30am. I overslept and didn’t get there until 7:30. I was given the option to reschedule or wait and decided to wait, wondering if it might be a several hours. Within 5 minutes, I was called and finished the appointment by 8:30am. Results were posted on My Chart on the way home! No one chastised me for being late; everyone was welcoming, patient and respectful.
Easy to schedule appointments, not a long wait after I checked in for my appointment and the staff were awesome. My MA was thorough, pleasant and friendly. My PCP, Dr. Tolani, takes the time to listen to any concerns, was also thorough and explained everything very well, including a plan moving forward. No complaints. Confident in the care I receive here at Swedish and would recommend to anyone looking for care.

I had an appointment with Dr. Britt Anderson, but needed to see her sooner than online allowed. I appreciated it. I saw Dr. Anderson, and she is always helpful, and has seen me thru some trying times. The nurses are wonderful as well. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with Dr Anderson and staff, is when you need an MRI, or CT scan ‘yesterday’, you have to wait weeks to get the ok by the insurance companies , and when you are in pain, that’s a long wait.
I’ve been followed by an absolutely excellent Dr. for I think: seven years. Dr. TimJohnson is retiring May 1,2026. I attribute being alive and somewhat well to his constant being in touch and on top of things. Now I am in the market for a new doctor, and it’s scary. They have no one at Swedish to replace them. They’ve done no interviews. I regard that as a big mistake on the part of Swedish; not my doctor he gave plenty of notice. I’m very angry that they haven’t interviewed someone to replace him; What in the world went wrong? Donna R Berkley
