I had a very good visit. Great doctors nurses receptionist were all very pleasant easy to understand and very helpful. The Phlebotomist Who took my blood made me so comfortable that it didn’t even bother me and I hate to have my blood drawn I couldn’t even tell She was so good. Each time I go to the hospital family center. I have amazing doctors and nurses I always walk out very knowledgeable about my issues and happy because they are also pleasant and listen and understand you before they make decisions. This is a great clinic and I would recommend it to anyone.
Hello my name is Kevin Cranda, I have been a Swedish Family Medicine customer for about 6 years for pretty much all my medical issues and I’ve had quite a few! From the Doctors and.Nurses to the FRONT desk Receptionists who check in patients I have always been been treated with compassion and respect. I truly have never had a bad experience with Family Medicine Staff. I’ve Never felt Rushed like cattle being herded through the appointment. They not only advise me, they want to know what I think we should do. If I’m treated with compassion and respect when I check in…..my worries and pains aren’t so painfull. Nurses who take you to your check up room and get my vitals (Pulse, heart rate, blood pressure etc) have always made me feel calmer than I was when I came in. The Doctors (PCP) Don’t just advise me they want my input on how to go forward to treat my condition. I’ve been in hospital for very Severe Stage 4 COPD. I’m Pretty much wheelchair and oxygen 24/7 bound so I don’t get around much but my PCP has found agencies that can help me get out and be part of the neighborhood. Wheelchair accessible Free Vans to and from appointments and other places. DR. Vatalya is her name. She’s great so if you don’t have a PCP she would be a great one to ask for. Fingers are getting tired but obviously I am 100% satisfied. Hope this will make it easier for you to use Swedish Family medicine if it sounds good to you. Sincerely Kevin Crandal

Was establishing care at a first time appointment. Cost me $200 with insurance and my new doctor told me to “come back again so she can get to know me better” before treating any of my issues. And then proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes asking about my personal life like my familial relationships and what I do for fun. Complete irrelevant to my medical concerns. I don’t have money to revisit for NOTHING just for an inexperienced doctor to milk money out of me.
Dr. Guh is absolutely exceptional. She truly listens, asks thoughtful questions, and works collaboratively with you to guide your healthcare in a way that feels supportive and personalized. I previously saw a provider at another hospital where we weren’t aligned, which led me to transfer my care to Swedish, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made!
I had a wonderful experience and my lab results had improved. Thanks to the encouragement from Dr. Guh and my faith was key in keeping me grounded. This may have been my last visit as upcoming changes in my life that I may have to change provider based on insurance. Anyway I would recommend her to anyone.
