I was mixed feelings about the quality of care and professionalism of the staff at Swedish aside of my primary provider Dr. Chinyere Obimba is one of the best medical providers I have had in my 70 + years. Dr. Wandra k. Miles is also highly professionalism and Dr. Christopher Hines is great. The sleep medicine at Swedish was very disappointing appointments staff was rude and arrogant and the Doctor lack communication and follow up and didn't reply to my messages.
Ive been with Swedish Family Medicine-Cherry Hill for the 3yrs plus since returning to WA. Because I have multiple medical issues and needs I have seen a great number of Drs, Soecialists and PCP's in my lifetime. I mention this to impress what Im about to say so it stands out the vast amounts of experiences Ive had with the medical community over sp many decades. In all of my time, I can honestly say that Swedish Family Medicine has the best, medically up to date, knolegeable, truly caring and interactive group of medical providers I have ever had the best of experiences working with. And thry do work with you. Quick referals when needed, its a practice for them to always follow up with you and infromation sharing with you as a standard. I highly suggest them if you want the best overall medical care.

Dr. Lawler was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to each of my concerns and gave thoughtful consideration to everything. I did not feel like I was just a number or being rushed. Best experience with a doctor I’ve had in 36 years.
This is a hit or miss emergency room. I either get excellent care or am treated like a drug seeker when I have a genuine emergency with pain, nausea, etc that comes in strong. I manage it at home but when it gets bad or more likely when it gets different from my usual I go in for help. Neither get a doctor that listens to my PCP care plan that is established in my file— or it’s totally ignored. When it’s ignored I suffer and am treated less than. I just went in and saw an EKG results indicating a possible previous heart attack the doctor didn’t once bring up to me. This is a HIGE MISTAKE AND HUGE PROBLEM. I am not happy that this could have gone unnoticed had I not checked MyChart the following day. EKG was first thing done when I got back to a room so an initial report at least was given. I deserve to know. Pain control was poor, treated like a junkie, and I genuinely needed help or I wouldn’t have come in. The nurses and transport staff and imaging staff are all amazing and I adore them all. But get better providers who actually have empathy and care and check in inntheoatient more than once in the beginning and doesn’t give test results or gamenplan: I was just sent a nurse and couldn’t ask the doctor any questions. Unprofessional and NOT ok or SOP I would guess. Disappointed and let down and left my visit hurting as bad as I came in.
Had an excellent experience at this clinic - the best I've ever had! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The physician I saw, Emily Vayda, was extremely knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. She even tailored her communication method to the amount of knowledge I had on the topic. Definitely switching this clinic to my primary!
