I rarely write reviews, and I've never written a negative review, but this dental practice is really bad. I was overcharged for a really bad job on a crown but was told I'd receive a refund once the insurance claim was processed. They misrepresented the reason for the delay for months, until I called my insurer directly and found that they never correctly submitted a claim with pre-op x-rays. I did not receive a partial refund until my second time going to the office (9 months after the procedure) for an explanation of their failure to file a corrected claim. And now, 13 months later, they texted me a bill for over $350. They're fine for regular cleanings (other than their automatic add-ons of extra charges that you have to specifically ask to be removed). I would just recommend going elsewhere for actual dental work. Edit 02/26/2026: Comfort has taken the time to respond to this public review, but not to respond to my detailed email asking for proof of a correctly submitted insurance claim, proof of the debt owed, or confirmation that I have a zero-dollar balance.
Dr. McDowell was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Her dental hygienist Keisha was also very friendly and super helpful. Had a great experience with the Dr and staff. I highly recommend this doctor office for dental needs. Clean and cute office. I had a really nice experience during my visit.

If you have insurance - don’t pay anything upfront. My insurance came back and said I should not have paid the dentist anything. I filed grievances, complaints, Medicare fraud - they refuse to refund me hundreds of dollars. Don’t pay a dime until insurance tells you what you owe them.
First, let me say that the staff is very polite, and I enjoy talking with them. That being said, my overall experience as a customer has been terrible. My broker referred me to them. I came to them for an implant, and they referred me to Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery. I ended up getting fillings, a deep cleaning, a night guard, and I paid for the crown. I came back one day, and they were about to charge me again for the crown. The office had no record of my previous payment. If I didn't keep the receipt, I would have paid twice. I had a severe accident 18 years ago, and my body has been out of alignment for years. My tooth has also been missing, and the jaw plays an important role in posture. I need this crown more than they know. After waiting for months (the normal process for getting a crown after an implant) there was a miscommunication with Atlanta Oral & Facial Surgery, and they sent the wrong size crown. I was then told that they would get another one sent in a couple of weeks. I waited patiently and finally got the call that it had arrived. I came back in, and it was again the wrong size crown. That was last Wednesday, 8/20. Since they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and are only open 3 days a week, I was told that I could come in next Wednesday, 8/27 to get the crown. That was yesterday and they still didn't have it. I got a message today saying that I will have to wait until next Thursday, September 4th, or Friday, September 5th. Again, the staff is very polite, but they haven't done what I came to them for. I have paid them thousands of dollars out of pocket. I will be going to another dentist when this is finally over.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! Dr. Tiffany was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and truly made me feel at ease the entire time. Miss Unity at the front desk was a breath of fresh air—so kind, welcoming, and helpful with every step of the process. Vik, the dental assistant, was just as fantastic—calm, friendly, and clearly great at what he does. This whole team made what’s usually a stressful visit feel easy and even enjoyable. Thank you all for the outstanding care!
