I’ve been going to this dealership for years and expected that loyalty to mean something. It didn’t.Last night my car broke down and they were my first call. They gave me their towing company and instructed me to have the car brought in. I did exactly that. This morning, I was told they can’t even look at my car for three weeks—despite having directed me to tow it there in the first place. No urgency. No accountability. No concern that I now have to pay to tow the car again. The irony? The independent mechanic I’m taking it to can diagnose it immediately and is charging significantly less for the same work. If you value your time, money, or loyalty, look elsewhere. There are far better shops that actually respect their customers - if you have questions about how they treat people - just read their response below. It should tell you everything. As for my "real name' - lol, I'm the spouse who stepped in to clean up the mess YOU created.
Mancinelli’s goes above and beyond for their clients! They keep you in the know at all times, even sending a detailed breakdown of what they find before continuing to work on the vehicle. I have had both cars worked on recently and both times they have been amazing and cooperative when I had to arrive late to pick up the car. Thanks guys!

After a different auto shop gave me a quote that would have rendered my vehicle totaled, I decided to get a second opinion. I’m very glad I did; not only did Mancinelli’s save me from having to purchase a new vehicle, they displayed excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend!
The entire crew at Mancinelli’s Auto Repair Center are hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with at a mechanic shop! I trust them 100% with my car - whether it’s routine maintenance, getting ready for a road trip, diagnosing an issue, or stopping in with a question - they always have my back and get my car on the road safely and with my budget in mind. Just finished up at Macinelli's and Courtney and Steve were fantastic. I got a flat while at work and they were able to make time for me last minute to drop off my car and get the tire all fixed up. Truly one of the best experiences with a mechanic I've ever had. Can't recommend them enough.
