We have used Favret services for at least 10 years and they never disappoint. The technicians are communicative, timely, very experienced and knowledgeable. Just now we had our AC maintained as part of the yearly service agreement. This past winter during a cold snap, our furnace heater (motor) stopped, but they repaired it about 2 am.
Our Church has a maintenance agreement with Favret HVAC. We have been a customer for several years and are completely satisfied with the staff. The technicians are courteous, prompt and professional. Our usual technician, Bill, always goes the extra mile to ensure we have heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Susanna, a dispatcher, is always jovial and schedules appointments immediately and ensures we get what we need. We highly recommend Favret HVAC for your heating and air conditioning needs!

My experience has been great. We had Favret install a new Carrier system 17 years ago. I’ve had 2 service calls (1 under warranty and 1 a few days ago) and both were fast and painless. Last week I had an AC unit error message. Called in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. Anthony called 30-minutes before, arrived on-time, and knew how to diagnose & fixed the problem. No stress. I was also impressed with the fall heating maintenance I requested. The Service contract is a little on the expensive side - but the Tech did a thorough job on the furnace and air handler. I got a 3-page checklist of inspections, test results (with numbers), and recommendations – along with a summary of the services performed. I am very happy to be with Favret.
