I’ve been coming here for 2+ years since I moved into the area and they always give a step by step instruction of what needs to be done with pictures. They’re incredibly helpful and will do their best to get back to you ASAP with updates on your vehicle. Had plugs replaced and an oil change recently and car was back to me in 2 days as I dropped it off late on a Monday. I’ve spoken with Catherine herself as well, and the reputation holds true. Wonderful staff and always a great experience coming here. They charge you fairly which I deeply appreciate. Absolutely returning for years to come.
I go to catherine's for any problem I have, big or small! they are very thorough and they send you a link with a detailed report of your car including photos and videos. the customer service is fantastic and i will continue to trust the shop time and time again.

Had my car towed here while I broke down in Atlanta en route to a wedding and Catherine’s fixed me up and explained everything they were doing in detail and by priority. Even spoke with the owner for a bit and they were all incredible helpful and transparent.
Highly recommend Catherine’s Auto!! Customer service, communication and transparency all exemplary. Their portal shows you exactly what needs to be done and why-with photos and explanations. I’ve never been this impressed with an auto mechanic shop!
Had a bad starter on my 2014 Dodge Journey. Had it towed in the night before. They suggested varios maintenance repairs in writing with photos since it just crossed over 100,000 miles. It was like a menu at a upscale hotel. I picked what i thought was needed since I've owned the SUV since it was a PUP. Got it back by NOON. The owner Catherine turned to be exactly what I imagined. A compassionate woman in a man's world, trying twice a hard to improve an old business, making it a more fair place to do business. Thank you
