Mike is great about getting done what needs to get you back on the road, but telling you what else needs to be done maintenance wise. He's very honest about what needs done immediately & what can wait until you're in for your next oil change. I trust him completely.
Mike is always patient and is knowledgeable in attending to any issues that the car might have. I have been his customer over the last 3 years and can only say the absolute best about him- he will talk with you about options, explain them to you and make sure that you do not spend a unnecessary penny.

Needed my car checked before a family trip and they squeezed me in late on a Friday afternoon. They inspected the tires, brakes, and battery without rushing through it. It gave me peace of mind knowing the car was ready before putting hundreds of miles on it.
Very disappointed and unsatisfied about the professionalism here. I was calling to inquire about price quotes to have a starter replaced. The man told me he could do the work on a Friday or Saturday. But to my dismay, when I called back, he told me that it would have to be on Monday instead. This was something that was very important for me to get fixed. So much for first impressions as far as I'm concerned. He should've just been upfront with me .
