I have been well cared for by Dr. DeAinza and his team since early 2013. I live out of the state now, in a city home to a renowned dental school and a dentist's office on seemingly every block, but I'm currently still going back to City View for my dental care—I just have not been able to find a comparable dental practice where I now live! I have always appreciated the close personal attention that Dr. DeAinza and company are able to provide me. Over the last thirteen years, they have expertly stabilized and managed the complex hereditary dental issues that I first came in with. I had previously had my teeth "cared for" by a great many different dentists starting from a young age, but it was not until I started visiting Dr. DeAinza (following a recommendation from another of his longterm patients) that I was able to recover from years' worth of anxiety I carried surrounding dentist visits. I find their patience, courtesy, and professionalism go above and beyond what is generally expected from a medical practice these days, and they always take extra steps to make cleanings of my sensitive teeth very comfortable. I am spoiled now—I actually look forward to going to the dentist, as long as it's City View Dental. They are truly warm, deeply kind people. I would recommend this practice to anybody.
I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. DeAinza and his entire team. From my very first visit, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and explain my options without ever making me feel pressured. I really appreciate that he only recommends treatment that is genuinely needed and always puts my best interests first. The quality of his work is exceptional. He recently completed some cosmetic dentistry for me, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My smile looks fantastic, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like my teeth are in the best condition they've ever been. What makes this practice even more special is the staff. Everyone is so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. I’ve had a great experience at City View Dental. Dr. DeAinza is very kind and takes time to make sure you feel comfortable, especially as someone with previous dental anxiety/trauma. Wendy, the dental assistant, is also wonderful. Calm, friendly, and very reassuring during visits. I recently went back for a cleaning and had another very positive experience. The dental hygienist was very kind and made the appointment easy and comfortable. Michele at the front desk is especially sweet and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you walk in. The office itself is clean and modern, located on the 5th floor with really nice views. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. Parking is also convenient and validated, with a short walk from the building. Overall, I really appreciate how caring and patient the entire team is. They make what can be a stressful experience feel much easier.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. DeAinza and he’s team. He’s an excellent dentist, honest, skilled, and never pushes unnecessary work. I truly appreciate that he focuses on what’s actually needed instead of trying to upsell treatments. His team is just as impressive. They’re warm, professional, and somehow always remember my special requests. That level of care and attention makes a huge difference. Pricing is fair, the experience is smooth every time, and I always leave feeling taken care of, and my teeth actually feel clean! Highly recommend.
