I love Dr Luong. He always takes that extra five minutes to explain things if you don’t understand .When I don’t need extra time I am in and out so that Dr Luong may get ahead of his schedule. He has a great sense of humor., is knowledgeable, kind, and has commitment to his patients. When the insurance year changed my insurance was no longer accepted so I switched my insurance plan because I didn’t want to lose Dr Luong. He is the best!
Dr. Luong is TOP notch doctor. My mother is 92 and he’s really good with her. If you have a senior parent he’s really good, especially when they can have some cognitive challenges. If I was him I’d get my own general practice clinic because he would get patients for life, but there are benefits using some of the larger healthcare organizations (and def drawbacks), but we got lucky and found a really good doctor (because there are some duds out there…) But because my mom is older and she needs referrals here and there, Dr. Luong is a good doctor that is able to pull it all together and keep my mother in good hands. It’s worth it to specifically ask for Dr. Luong at Banner if you are looking for a PCP.

Dr Luong was extremely pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable with his courteous demeanor and his knowledgeable medical advice. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top level physician.
Susan Rice-I recommend Dr. Luong because he listened carefully to my concerns. He prescribed another blood test to reassure me. Then he promptly, the next day, texted me through the portal with my new results. He was personable and genuinely seemed concerned with my concerns. I would definitely recommend him.
I really like that Dr Luong thinks out loud. It encourages me to contribute to decisions about my care. We have discussions about options. I'm not told what to do. I don't feel rushed. He always asks if there is anything else I want to talk about. It makes doctor visits pleasant.
