Something is not right about doctor Kuo as a DR..... I went to the E. R about my back from a car wreck and they saw I had a pinch nerve and one of my disks were sticking out. I went to him the very next day because they told me to follow-up with my P. C doctor Kuo said there's nothing wrong with me. I'm totally fine. So I thought to myself, let's see, then I ended up on the floor couldn't move the next day, a few months later I broke my wrist. A week later, he called me into the office. When I told him what type of medication they had me taking for pain? He told me I didn't need it and That was extreme after that, I stopped going to my appointments with him needless to say I switched doctors Now I will admit Dr. Kuo has a great conversation. He also can tell you with a great food. Spots are and He is a very nice person very great attitude But as a doctor he's too care free for me Take this as BS and you will be sorry 💯
Highly Recommend Dr. Kuo and Washington Avenue Family Practice! Dr. Kuo was highly recommended by my God-sister, Grace, and I’m so glad I followed her advice. I had a truly wonderful experience at Washington Avenue Family Practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and I barely had to wait at all. Dr. Kuo took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The clinic itself was spotless and very well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality care with a personal touch. In fact, my husband was so impressed by my experience that he’s already scheduled his own appointment with Dr. Kuo for January!

Happy that I finally found a PCP, and they have a web portal! Found scheduling and uploading my insurance super easy. Dr. Kuo is approachable, and gave me realistic answers to my questions. Everyone in the office was very kind, and efficient. My visits so far have gone by super quick.
Dr. Kuo is a great doctor who engages in informative conversations about your health. He is very respectful and kind, and it feels like he is genuinely interested in helping you develop healthy habits in life to better your health. Also, his staff is extremely friendly. They were courteous and professional.
