Mitchell came to our home twice this winter. Once to service our furnace and again to inspect a concern we had with our humidifier. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and took his time to make sure everything was working properly. We know our family is in good hands with ENG!

ENG was great to work with!! I called with a furnace problem at 9am and Mitchell was there by 12:30 same day!! Mitchell was very knowledgeable and professional! He took time to explain the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Which he did!!

Scheduling was a breeze as they worked around my crazy schedule. Service associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I have had both my furnace installed and a repair on my hot water tank. Both calls were very professional.
Drew came out and checked out our AC unit and was extremely polite and helpful. He was a little early but called ahead which was also great. We will definitely work with him and ENG again!
