From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with the greatest, warmest energy and smiles. The receptionist is so nice, Down the Earth, knowledgeable, informative, patient and fun to talk with. My Wait time wasn’t long at all. I was there to see Dr. Anna Sync. I have been nervous about finding the right New doctor/PCP. Dr. Anna allowed me to feel so Comfortable. She Is very easy to talk to, a great listener, Very knowledgeable and informative with detail. I am happy that I was referred to the North Atlanta primary care and to Doctor Sync specifically!! My husband and I have been patients of this office since 2017. For the past few years, Anna Sink, PA-C, has been taking care of us, and she’s absolutely wonderful. She’s caring, really listens, and is always professional. I have several health issues, and she always goes above and beyond to help and make me feel cared for. Ms. Evelyn from the lab is great too — always kind and efficient. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and polite. We truly appreciate them and will definitely keep coming here.
I began seeing Dr. Carlos Prays in 2019. He is so kind, caring, intelligent, very competent and an overall wonderful human being. All of his nurses and techs are fantastic. I felt heard and I was taken very good care of. The PA Anna Sink is equally wonderful, compassionate, caring and extremely competent. ###THIS REVIEW DOES that NOT REFLECT THE MEDICAL STAFF### Due to the Covid subsidies not being extended, I have to see Dr Prays or Anna Sink as a #Self Pay patient. I was quoted a Self PAY Rate of $150, which I happily and readily Paid. After a week, I log into the Patient Portal to a Bill for $274.00. I immediately sent a message to Anna Sink thru the patient portal as she says the provider that I saw that day. In my message I reiterated what I was quoted as a self pay patient and asked "why are you trying to Scam me, hit me up for more money, extort me. I then get a call from someone in billing, who was extremely unprofessional by the way. She explained to me that the young lady who quoted me that rate No Longer Works there. She explained that the $150 was supposed to be Deposit. As I explained to her, I was quoted $150 and that is what I paid. The young lady from billing indicated that I was charged $144 and not $150. I told her my Bank of America Credit Card shows a charge of $150.00. Next, the billing lady explains that they have payment arrangements and would I like to set one up. Of course my answer is "No" as I paid what I was quoted. I believe I asked how did they arrive at the $150+$274 (Self PAY Rate of $424 as the Total) and she says it includes their expertise in medication, etc. I told the billing lady that Anna Sink did not offer any Medicati Expertise my particular case. After being diagnosed with Bells Palsy, I needed follow up care by my PCP, Dr. Carlos Prays. I brought to Dr. Prays office staff and they made copies to add to my records the following: - My 2015 ADHD Quotient Test Results - My 2015 Pharmacology Genetic Testing Results - My Publix Pharmacy Printout which Shows All the Medications I was prescribed including the dosage and the provider who prescribed them for the LAST ten years (so where is this so called "Expertise Coming From". I was prescribed medication that works for my body. And, I bought you that to your practice Yes, I feel as though the Billing Department is #Trying to Shake Me Down for an additional $274.00 If I had known that the #self Pay Rate was $424, I would have said no and sough treatment elsewhere. As an Established Patient since 2019, I felt the #self pay rate of $150 was fair. So the young lady that took my $150 no longer works there, the Billing lady says the payment reflected in their records is $144. The Billing Department manager still wants me to pay... They got me #fzfgrbup!! They Better Get it in Blood!! I hate having to leave a practice that I loved where the Providers are so competent, caring, kind and overall truly amazing people that I have had the pleasure of them providing me EXCELLENT care for 7 years. It's truly sad and I'm so disappointed. But I will #NEVER BE SHAKEN DOWN!!! They Better Get it in Blood -
After receiving test results, I wanted to get a referral To another physician. I asked for the PA to call me back, Anna Sink, A few times since you can never reach anyone but leave a message. It is now been one week and they still have not sent my results over to this other physician even though they say they have. They are unresponsive to your requests and I would never use them again. Staying with Piedmont there’s so much more professional.
