am writing to express my deep disappointment with the representation and lack of support I received from your firm following my auto accident. For the past four years, my quality of life was severely impacted. I suffered from tremors and lost the ability to walk and speak, requiring my husband to act as my voice. It has recently been confirmed that my injuries were far more extensive than "whiplash"; I had five damaged vertebrae, which required two disc replacements and a three-bone fusion. As of July 2026, I have finally regained my ability to speak. Throughout this process, I felt rushed and unheard by your team. I do not believe you did everything possible to advocate for me or to understand the gravity of my medical records. If I could go back in time, I would have hired a different firm to pursue the individual responsible for this life-altering accident. I will not be seeking any further assistance from your firm in the future. I would never recommend you to anyone
I was really happy about my experience with Locke Law Firm. I was referred from my next door neighbor and she explained how good they are and through the experience they were awesome. I actually got to speak with my lawyer personally and he was always responsive. He was first and last person I spoke with throughout my case. His team consistently followed up with me every step of the way and was professional. I received a great settlement and got my medical needs met as well. I can not say enough about Locke Law Firm. Ryan and his paralegal were friendly, professional and quick to respond to all of my needs. They got me the settlement that I wanted and were so responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. Thanks Ryan and Jamie for everything you did to make a difficult situation very painless and pleasant.
Ryan Locke is phenomenal. I had a fall while at a hospital recovering from a surgery. I called Ryan and gave him the details and he ultimately told me that since I had a surgery resulting from a work accident I should get a Workers Comp lawyer. I told him the details of things my workers comp lawyer was doing and it didn’t sit well with him that my hospital fall wasn’t something my lawyer was looking in to. While Ryan is not a worker’s comp lawyer, he had such compassion and a duty to help that he referred me to another lawyer that he thought would be a better fit for me. Boy, was he right. The attorney he referred me to has been nothing but genuinely concerned and helping me do things my previous lawyer never did. Tom Clements is a great Worker’s Comp attorney and it all circles back to Ryan Locke being a great, compassionate human being and attorney. While I did not directly work with Ryan, if he gives his actual clients just 1/3 of the humanity and care he gave me, I just know they are in great hands. Please consider Ryan Locke! He’s a wonderful person who cares and that should always come first.
Very considerate and honest. Does his best to help in any way possible. Takes his time to make sure you understand what’s going on with your case and your best options! Definitely a great attorney.
