Absolutely an awesome place to stay! The rooms were great but what made it different was the employees! Heather at the front desk, Will on night security every one we encountered was great! We had children ranging from 1- 11 and every one made us feel like wild kids were a normal thing! Thank you for everything! We are planning on coming back!!
4 night stay with family during a baseball road trip. Location was absolutely perfect to catch a reds game and we found the surrounding Newport neighborhood perfect to walk around and occupy the kids. Room overlooking the Ohio river and stadiums was awesome. Enjoyed looking out the window and the two queen studio was perfect size for our family of four. Never felt crowded during our stay. Breakfast was as expected for hotel buffet style. It served its purpose. Service was always great and employees helpful and attentive. If we come back to Cincinnati we will definitely stay here again.

Just stayed here while attending an event at the Andrew J Brady Music Center. I opted to take Lyft to the venue but my husband joined me later and he walked. This hotel is part of the Hilton family of hotels and I was so pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, decor, and spacious rooms. Due to an injury a few days before traveling, I had used their chat feature to inquire about the availability of an accessible room. They upgraded me at no charge and even checked me in early. All of the staff were so professional, yet warm and welcoming. Even the complimentary breakfast was fresh and just right to get the day started. This will be my new go to place to stay in Cincinnati. Good value. Small parking charge ($10) Note: there are charging stations available for electric vehicles- unsure if there is any additional charge. Perfect for families - you can walk to the aquarium. Beautiful views! Luxury feelings with budget friendly prices.
From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything from the parking lot, lobby, hallways, elevators and room were very clean, impressively clean actually. We even commented walking in the hallway that it actually smelled clean. The room was immaculate, including the bathroom. The shower was spotless and the water pressure was great (that is a big deal for me). Everything, just very clean. The free breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and the dining area was well kept and clean. The location was perfect for us. We came to see our home baseball team play the Cincinnati Reds and the walk to the stadium was very accessible, safe and only took about 15 minutes. We could actually see the seating bowl of the staduim from our room. The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, friendly and in a perfect location for us.
This is a really nice hotel! The property is modern and updated. The city view rooms are great. Check in was quick, but we didn't get our free amenities at check in. I brought this to the attention of the staff the next day, and they apologized and fixed it immediately! They were very attentive to our needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Roads in the area make it challenging to get to the hotel, but it is a short walk to Newport on the Levee. This is a great hotel for those going to the aquarium as you can just walk across the street. I did not notice a charge for parking, but they will give you a permit. Be sure to have your license plate when you check in. Overall, a really nice property and the city views are awesome!
