Location was easily accessible to the Aquarium where we went and restaurants and grocery store was within a couple of blocks. Rooms ,service , and customer service 10/10. The lady at check in was awesome.The Tv didn’t work and they immediately came up and brought us a new remote and would text us to see if everything was going good. Hot breakfast was waffles, eggs, bacon and 3 other tables full of food.You can easily walk to the bridge to go to Cincinnati. We will be back!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Location is amazing. You can walk over to Newport aquarium or they have a gate that goes out onto the walking path over the bridge. It comes out right by the Reds stadium. Breakfast was basic but good. The staff were the best we've ever had. We had a King suite with city view. It was amazing. We'll the view was and the room. For the first time the AC was on the other side of the room instead of next to the bed. Now the 1 con...the beds were rock hard. Like we did not sleep very well and I made myself stay in bed until 5:45am the morning we were leaving. I was done trying to sleep and wanted my bed. Now with that it is a personal preference and would still recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area are

From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything from the parking lot, lobby, hallways, elevators and room were very clean, impressively clean actually. We even commented walking in the hallway that it actually smelled clean. The room was immaculate, including the bathroom. The shower was spotless and the water pressure was great (that is a big deal for me). Everything, just very clean. The free breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and the dining area was well kept and clean. The location was perfect for us. We came to see our home baseball team play the Cincinnati Reds and the walk to the stadium was very accessible, safe and only took about 15 minutes. We could actually see the seating bowl of the staduim from our room. The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, friendly and in a perfect location for us.
