First time using Approved Plumbing and based on the experience they are our new plumbers. Scheduling process was easy and pleasant. They called me when the had an open slot a week before my scheduled appointment and I took it which was great. Nick was my tech and he was outstanding - professional, knowledgeable, capable, friendly, efficient...and positive / happy, which makes a difference. He explained all options and every step in the repair process. Well done to Nick and Approved Plumbing.
We have had many great experiences with Approved Plumbing. Most recently, our hot water tank failed and they sent someone out within an hour of requesting service. The technician, Sam Larissey, did a great job! He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will continue using Approved plumbing and would recommend their services.

I have worked with Approved Plumbing for over 30 years over two residences, and their service has always been fast and reliable. Caller intake Jen was very personable in taking my calls and notifying us of their arrival ahead of time. Chief Plumber Joe and assistant Vincent were very efficient, friendly and professional. They took the time to troubleshoot and improvise a potential problem successfully. We had three job items which they took care of, making sure everything was in good working order and did a good cleanup before they left. I cannot recommend this family run business any more highly!
Excellent! From the initial call to schedule the appointment to the arrival of the tech and services provided. I would use this company again if needed. Nick was my tech and he was very thorough in troubleshooting the issue. When the problem was located, he took a video to show me. I appreciated his calmness and patience with me because I had to attend to my elderly mom while at the same time respond to his questions. I was impressed with his efficiency in resolving the issue and cleanup by him.
The ratings and reviews are legit. Wonderful to work with. From Rochelle at dispatch to Sam the tech. Timely, thorough, efficient, fair. They listen, accommodate and DO THE JOB. Sad these days that the bar is set there but they surpass expectations. Will be my first call in the future.
