Service and communication was excellent. Call and schedule an appointment over using the online appointment tool. I really appreciated the photos they sent showing what was wrong with my car after their diagnosis (included here). Every shop should do this!
After a Sunday night encounter with a 6ft long pothole on I-5, I was towed to DTA. I left my keys and a note. They called the next day and replaced two damaged tires by the following day. They were incredibly helpful, super empathetic, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I highly recommend and am so glad I found them as my long standing auto shop just changed ownership and I have been looking for a new trustworthy place.
Went in for an oil change and had a really positive experience. They were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday with just a few days’ notice. I asked about getting my tires rotated too, but they checked them and told me it wasn’t necessary. I appreciated the honesty. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

My window was stuck in the down position and since I park on the street, I needed to get it fixed quickly. Lori and staff were very responsive and told me to bring the car in right away. Their team was able to diagnose the issue and order the required part. They kept my car safe inside until it was fixed and ready to go. They kept me updated on pricing and the final cost was close to the estimate. Would definitely go there again!
The owner and Cole were very accommodating and expeditious. My tire pressure warning came on while I was on Hwy 99, and after calling Audi they recommended I get them checked before heading home. Tony w Audi recommended this place since it was closest to me and looked legit. Not only did Downtown Automotive promptly check my tire pressure, Cole reset the warning in my car after verifying my tires were fine so the alert wouldn’t continue to pop up. The owner (I didn’t catch her name) wasn’t even going to charge me, but i insisted and she still only charged me $5. I would go out of my way to return here.
