Excellent experience with Carolina Electric Pro’s! Riley arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job installing my chandelier. He worked efficiently, answered all of my questions, and was even great with my dogs. I also really appreciated the upfront, reasonable pricing—they didn’t dodge the “how much will this cost?” question like so many companies do. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Carolina Electric Pros was great to work with! They gave me a set quote for installing a charger and replacing multiple lights that was a 3rd the price of other companies quoted to just install the charger. Riley was my electrician, and he was awesome! Super personable, answered any questions I had, and even found some hazards in my current wiring and fixed it same day without breaking my wallet. The work was completed in half the time I expected it to take, even with the extra services added in, and everything came out looking great. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any electrical work done- the people are great and the prices are the best I found. Attached are pics of: The new living room fan (Riley checked this for me and let me run to the store to get a new fan to replace day of because our bedroom fan that was also replaced was a fire hazard- if he hadn’t been so proactive there’s no telling when it could have arced). The kitchen light that replaced an old halogen fixture. The new Tesla EV charger. The bedroom light switch that he fixed for me with blank plates to get rid of outlet/fan control that I asked to be gone. I will be going back to Carolina Electric Pros for any future service I need!

Cade was amazing!!! He installed my beautiful Kristella vanity light in my new purple bathroom and the result was beautiful! He went above and beyond for me and I will definitely be using this company again to replace the remainder of my builder grade light fixtures! Thank you, Cade!
Riley did an outstanding job installing my Tesla Wall Connector. Communication was excellent from start to finish, he arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and the installation was clean, professional, and very efficient. The final price was exactly what was quoted—no surprises. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I highly recommend this company and the technician Riley to anyone looking for a reliable and professional EV charger installation.
4.5 stars. Would have been 5 except I had no idea they were done and leaving. Went to check, when i received this review request (normally we get them only after work is completed) and found them gone and the garage door still open. C'mon man! I'm not an electrician and I don't play one on TV but the work looks to be well done. They were knowledgeable of the charger system and assisted with the phone interface setup.
