We recently purchased a new construction home by Jackson Builders and were very impressed with the quality of construction and the built-in appliances and amenities that came included. Additionally, we had a few minor items that needed attention once we moved in and were very appreciative of the prompt response with their warranty team and personnel. They immediately replied within minutes and ensured someone will be available to address the issues. Wojtek, Travis, and Adrian are fantastic to work with and provided up to the minute updates. Thank you to the Jackson Builders team! We cannot recommend them enough.
Jackson Builders recently completed two horizontal property regimes for me. Their work was phenomenal! My first conversation was with Roberto, who has an encyclopedic knowledge of construction and Nashville real estate rules. He answered all of my questions in great detail and gave me realistic expectations about the project, including a construction schedule. During the process, I was able to follow JB's progress with Builder Trend (an app on my phone) where dozens of pictures and detailed updates were added each day, making personal visits unnecessary. Wojtek, Alex, Hillary, and Rogers were also part of the team on my project and were a pleasure to work with. The houses were completed within budget and on schedule. I plan to use Jackson Builders again and would strongly recommend them.

Just had Wojtek for our blue tape walk on new construction just complete.. I have to say the craftsmanship of their work is top notch. Not only do they build a great product but they’re friendly, responsive and dedicated to excellence. Fantastic builders!
Highly recommend Jackson Builders for commercial and residential construction projects. We have hired them for an addition to our office and to our home and they were excellent to work with. Roberto, Rogers and Wojtek are top-notch individuals who pride themselves on good work!
Worked with Jackson Builders to build a backhouse on my property. I live in a historic overlay and they had no problem navigating that during the process. I was also an unusual client in that I had a lot of input on framing/insulation/systems and also wanted to do work on the project and they were able to work with me. That being said it's an uncommon setup and I tried to make myself not a part of the critical paths scheduling wise often. They did a cost plus contract with me which was great for my situation. I'd pay them a contractor fee at certain milestones and throughout they'd bill me what their subcontractors were billing them for the specific work. Unless you're a GC/know a lot of subs I don't think there's a better setup if you care about quality of work incentives wise. Personally, if it were fixed price I'd be concerned about how they're making their money - where is the profit coming from in that case - and fixed price really reduces flexibility during the building process. I never had a formal change order since I was going to be billed anyway. They were able to come in on budget for everything they planned/spec'd. I missed my budget on some of the things I was doing/buying cause I like nice things and might have used this an excuse to buy some tools too. Building things is a process and there are a lot of moving parts. Mike (my PM), Wojtek, Rogers and Roberto were all helpful and responsive during the process. Mike was on site regularly and my main contact. They had really good subs too that were surprisingly well priced for the quality. The metal roofer was excellent, Electrical was great, Underground utilities were great, Framing was very good. There was only one sub that was a problem and Rogers/Mike were able to remedy that. As far as construction projects go it was great. I would work with them again if I had the opportunity.
