Yadhira at the front desk is super nice, extremely friendly and very helpful! We had an issue with our room and she went above & beyond to ensure we were happy. Yadhira made our stay so much more enjoyable! She is wonderful and truely understands how to make a customer feel appreciated. We look forward to enjoying her hospitality on our next stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in a mountain view room. Overall the experience was really great and the employees were very welcoming and friendly. The only issue about the stay was that there is no parking or service they offer for discounted parking/reimbursement. Luckily a lot of things are within walking distance so we were able to save money by working around this but the fees can add up quickly especially if you want your car to be in a parking garage rather than in the open. Complimentary breakfast was also great and even the bar and snacks they have in the lobby were a nice amenity.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. One of the highlights was the amazing mountain view from the room—it was absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was definitely worth the money, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
Attending a convention, the location was great to walk to and from that event. I expected there to be a little bit more stores and restaurants in walking distance, but that did not seem to be the case. The price of the hotel was extremely high but I’m guessing with everything that was going on during that time the prices were hiked up. All of that aside, the food was decent. The Carne Asada fries were really good but the hamburger on the tacos and nachos not so much. The free breakfast was great. Valet parking was a good offering, but I wish there was on-site self parking. At one point there was only one of the six elevators working so that was kind of an inconvenience. We did have a great view of the mountains from the 19th floor.
Great location, clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast was nice, although it could have been a bit more varied instead of offering the same items every day. The parking, however, was definitely overpriced—$65 per night is a bit ridiculous. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my experience at the hotel.
