I had an excellent experience with Sewer Flow. They responded quickly, made scheduling very easy, and kept me updated with prompt text-based communication before the appointment. Joe was the plumber who came out, and he was fantastic. He found the problem quickly, solved it effortlessly, and took the time to educate me about the “preventive health” of our very old plumbing system. He also gave helpful anticipatory guidance about what to watch for going forward. I am extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them.

Sewer Flow has a remarkable employee in Joe. They sent him to scope my blocked underground drains, and from the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The problem was, that after moderate rains, instead of diverting roof runoff into the underground drains, water had started spewing out at the base of the downspouts. It was a “water feature” I definitely didn’t want or need! Throughout the process Joe explained what he was doing, and I was able to see what the camera was going through—or, more accurately, what it was NOT getting through. Joe showed genuine interest and knowledge during the procedure, clearly explaining exactly what he was doing and what we were seeing. He also made several helpful suggestions about what my next steps might be to fix the problem. It did not feel like an “upsell,” especially since the potential fixes were not part of either his work or Sewer Flow’s business. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and helpful guidance. In short, Joe turned a frustrating drainage issue into a clear, understandable experience.
