I had a problem that 2 electrical outlets had burned out. I was very concerned if it was faulty wiring or just the outlets. Blind & Sons responded quickly. The electrician they sent Austin Booth was friendly and very professional. Fortunately it did turn out to be just the outlets which was a huge relief. Austin was very thorough and explained everything to me. He also took the time to give me estimates, check out and explain options for a few other electrical concerns and questions I had. I feel Austin went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Austin and Blind & Sons. Great communication and great service!

Doing it right. For my situation I interviewed 6 companies. Learned much about HVAC. When it came down to brands installed and supported, warranty, and pro level. It had to be Blind & Sons. Was an all day (9.5hrs) for the 2 man crew, to replace entire hvac and hot water tank. Arrived on time, quick discussion of the plan and they were rolling. Clean, respectful, accommodating to questions, and quiet (as could be, for hvac). Once completed, we walked through the new equipment. With high expectations met, im happy with the install.
The technicians were very professional and did a fantastic job. There was no mess at the house at all as they cleaned everything up. They were done on time.
