I used this company for the installation of 2 chandeliers over an island. I’m pretty handy myself and have installed plenty of fans and lights- - but this job was def out of my scope due to weight of the fixtures, the value and also the intended location to hang. So, I called the pros. Communication was smooth. The guys came on time. There was some initial concern over the box and fixture compatibility. I was 💯 willing to have the guys install heavy duty boxes if need be but they reached out to the office and did some research to see if that was needed or the current box would be satisfactory. It was determined that the current boxes were sufficient. Lights went up and they look fantastic.
Baby Bird Electric, LLC is our go-to electrical contractor. My wife and I have hired Rick and company for a number of projects both big and small at our home. One job involved removing the old knob-and-tube in our 100-year-old house, rewiring most of the first and second floor, and updating the electrical panel. Another project involved adding a 220v line/outlet to our kitchen and installing exterior outlets on the front and back of our house. And most recently, they installed a level 2 charging station for an EV. We've always been very happy with the workmanship, communication, and thoughtfulness that goes into each project. Rick and his team have a great attention to detail and good ideas for how to make electrical updates both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend Baby Bird Electric to anyone needing a good electrician in the Pittsburgh area!

Steph, Rick, and the entire team did an excellent job. They helped navigate the process and worked closely with DLC to ensure everything went smoothly. Throughout the project, they made sure I was happy every step of the way. I made a few changes along the way, and they handled them professionally and without hesitation, delivering exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects and highly recommend their services.
I contacted Baby Bird on a Sunday through their online tool providing a description of the desired service along with pictures. Monday AM Steph contacted me with an estimate and a follow up call scheduled service later in the week. On service day Rick, David, and Kenny arrived right on time. Baby Bird texts kept me updated on their pending arrival time! The guys worked efficiently and effectively with a district focus on the quality of their work AND cleanliness. I am so glad they were recommended to us by our interior designer; fantastic work at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
