Great service by Christian. He was very thorough in inspecting my Air Conditioner and finding the post that needed to be replaced. He explained everything before he did it and helped me pick the replacement part that was available. The entire experience was easy from making the appointment online, to the payment at the end. A/C issues are no joke in the TX summer, and Berkeys was great and timely!

Selwyn O'Donnell from Berkeys A/C came to check out my non functioning unit. He looked it over and found the drain was blocked which caused the unit to shut down. He unblocked the drain and checked and cleaned the drain connection to the sink. I asked him if he could check the other unit. He did and found the same problem. After unblocking that drain, checking and cleaning out the drain connection at the sink he noticed that the hose had many tiny holes in it that would leak once the water began to drain. He ended up having to create a new drain with PVC pipe to finish the job. That small job took much longer than expected but he would not accept anything less than the right way. He not only got my unit working, he saved me from would have been a water damage issue in the future. I was lucky that a technician of his knowledge and work ethic came that day. To often that is not the case. He gave up time with his family to help me out and he never hurried or complained. I am very grateful and Berkeys is lucky to have such an exceptional employee.
I’ve called this company for HVAC service and diagnostic twice now and they’re very efficient and professional. The first tech was detailed and thorough and today we had Eriq B. And he was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will continue to use this company. And thank you to Home Depot for offering this service!
I had an issue with my AC system and it just needed a new capacitor but I had some other electrical issues that were impacting my unit. And Pedro stayed and troubleshooted for an extra 20 minutes just to make extra sure that there wasn't any other issue going on. I really appreciate it that much thoroughness, when some technicians might just change the part and leave.
