I had an excellent experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Charlie! From the moment I brought my car in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Car repairs can be stressful, but Charlie made the experience as smooth and seamless as possible. The repairs were completed professionally, and my car is driving great. I highly recommend this shop, and if you have the opportunity to work with Charlie, you're in excellent hands!
I have been here at least two times prior to today, but today was different. I came in for an oil change, and a concern of an odor of gas. I was left with an inoperable front driver door. The only answer was they couldn’t have done it because no work was performed on the front door. Well, duhhh! But someone had to have opened the front door to get in it at some point and time, right? The driver side door is now loose to the touch and will not open from the outside. And for the record, I have been using the manual key with no issues. I offered to show the owner I’m assuming my ring camera of me getting into my car from the driver door this morning. He did not want to see it. Now, the door will not open from the outside while being unlocked. He could only instruct me that I would now have to open the front door from the back rear door or utilize the passenger door. Low rating because there was no accountability and shift blaming. This was my first encounter with the gentleman whom I assume to be the owner of the shop. Initially, he was dismissive of my concern probably because I'm a women and not very knowledgeable about cars. What I do know is my had been operating fine beforehand, I had no issues entering or exiting my vehicle. And prior to today, I have not had an issue with their service. **Follow-up attached photo of findings from a different company regarding front door repair. Exterior door handle release cable will need to be replaced.

I had an outstanding experience. The customer service was genuinely great — attentive, patient, and focused on making sure I understood every step. Their thoroughness in identifying the problem and pinpointing the root causes gave me real confidence in the repair. What stood out most was how they walked me through each phase of the process, explaining what was happening and why.
European & Domestic autocare are easy to work with and take great care of your car! The price also beats the dealership! I worked with Charlie and he was great, communicated often and helped resolve any logistical issues that came up! They also serve you immediately when you come in, so it doesn’t take long to drop off and pick up!
