Had a great experience with our new HWH, it’s only been one day but haven’t noticed any issues so far. Kevin was very laid back and efficient. I’m not a plumber so I don’t know all the technical aspects but the connections look clean and visually appealing, as far as appliances go. Good customer service with Kevin was also appreciated, as we had to figure out why our debit card wasn’t working. Turned out my wife had a limit on it and that’s why the payments weren’t going through. Kevin was patient and accommodating as we sorted out the issue. Thanks!
Highly recommended. I had many things done in my house and the plumber was professional and nice. And, prices were much more reasonable than other quotes I got. When I've used other plumbing companies, such as Paradigm, one feels totally taken advantage of....not the case with Plumbing Techs.

I had a great experience with Plumbing Techs from start to finish. The service was extremely quick, and Chris, the technician, was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the water heater was installed correctly. The turnaround time was super fast, and everything is working perfectly. I really appreciate the professionalism and efficiency, highly recommend!
Martin was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and quick. I needed a refit on my gas line and a dryer install. I also had an easy time booking and they were flexible with my schedule and quick to respond to messages. I will definitely be using plumbing techs for my needs in the future.
