We visited Presley’s inside the beautiful David Whitney building. The atmosphere and setting are impressive and worth seeing. We arrived just a few minutes before the menu switched to brunch, so we only had time for appetizers. The Brussels sprouts had good flavor, although they could have been crispier and a little saltier. Cornbread was decent, slightly on the dry side. The corn dip stood out and was actually pretty tasty. The Caesar salad needed more dressing. The chicken tortilla soup felt like it was missing some key touches like sour cream, spice, and seasoning. Cocktails are the real star here. Truly a 10 out of 10 and the reason I would come back. Service and ambiance were great. With some improvements to the food, this place could easily be five stars. Overall, a solid experience and worth checking out for drinks in a beautiful space.
Let me just Tell you about Brandon! We sat at the bar. He had great recommendations for what I was craving. He also recommended a drink to compliment the entree. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and has great bar conversations! He made my first visit here one to remember and I’ll definitely be back to see him.

I’m from out of town, ordered take out bc of the high rating. Atmosphere is beautiful. Went back to my airbnb 5m around the corner to eat, just to discover a piece of hair on my bun. Looking closer there were actually FOUR pieces of hair on my bun. I called back & the girl who answered gave me an attitude & told me it’s probably not hair, it’s probably bristles from the grill bc they just cleaned it. EITHER WAY WHY WOULD I WANT TO EAT GRILL BRUSH BRISTLES. She said she’ll “call me back when her managers get out of a meeting to see what they want to do about this”. I headed back with the food. Manager never came out. No one even looked at the food or had anything to say about it. They remade it but I was already completely disgusted & had zero appetite at that point. Forced myself to eat the honey hot chicken sandwich bc I paid for it. It was ok. Probably would’ve been better if my stomach wasn’t already upside down.
Fantastic food and a very creative menu. The spicy Bloody Marys were decent… maybe could use a little more spice and creativity but overall good. The food was excellent. Definitely a great place to stop for lunch that’s for sure. The homemade pop tarts were top notch!! The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was one the best I’ve ever had!! Definitely coming back
Great location and delicious food! Such a fun atmosphere, too. I had a filet, which was cooked perfectly and my mom had the Crispy Roasted Chicken, also perfect. (The two dished in the pics, I forget what they are but the plating is lovely.) You can come in off the street or through the lobby of the David Whitney hotel. We were fortunate to be staying at the Whitney, which is why we ate here. But now we will be eating here, regardless of where we are staying. This restaurant is SO close to the arena and Fox theater; a great place to eat before or after an event. Terrific find!
