You will be in good hands with Roof Detective! When my family noticed a leak in the ceiling, we were worried about who to contract and what the price would be. Fortunately, a number of our friends recommended Roof Detective to me. I'm so glad they did! Roof Detective were on the scene the same day that I called. I couldn't recommend working with Shane Sparks enough. Shane did a thorough job inspecting and documenting the damage. Reaching an agreement with our homeowner's insurance took extra persistence. Shane and the Roof Detective team were committed to getting me the full insurance coverage that I was due. In the end, they were successful and I paid only my deductible out of pocket. Given that Roof Detective would have received payment either way (through my family's budget or through insurance) we were grateful they made the extra effort to help us with our insurance claim. Shane was communicative and patient throughout the process. Once the paperwork was in order, the process of having the roof replaced was a breeze. The crew completed the task in one day and left no trace behind, except a sturdy leak-free roof! Roof Detective felt like a partner in the whole process. Highly recommend.
After noticing water damage on some ceilings, we called The Roof Detective. They were able to come out quickly to inspect and recommend. Wow. How often do you have a repair person come in and let you know how you can solve the issue yourself during their free inspection? Shane Sparks was excellent about educating me on the issue, and how to prevent further damage. When it is time to replace our roof, or we encounter future problems, The Roof Detective will be the company we will call!

Five stars. Period. The Roof Detective team was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Working with Cody and Carrie was a pleasure! They were courteous and professional, and made the entire insurance and approval process smooth and stress-free. Their team worked quickly without cutting corners. I was impressed by their attention to detail, handling an unexpected hurdle with ease. This showed not only in how tidy they kept the worksite, but also in the final product—a sturdy, great-looking roof that gives me complete confidence. Truly five-star service. Check them out!
If I could give this company negative stars I absolutely would!! I’m not one to leave reviews but this has been the WORSE company I have ever dealt with in my life! I have given them MULTIPLE chances and YEARS to make this right and they still can’t make it right or even work with me! Shane absolutely just ignores us and if we go through the BBB he says talk to his lawyer which is extremely unprofessional given our roof is literally only 5 years old and this the THIRD time, let me repeat the THIRD time in FIVE years our roof is literally falling off! The shingles are literally FALLING off in strips off of my roof! The guy that came out last said IMMEDIATELY our roof was installed wrong and that we needed hurricane clips on our roof to make it not wavy and actually not only look good but do what it’s supposed to! So when our roof literally two years ago had literally strips of shingles laying on the ground they said they would redo the front since we have a mansard roof that’s it!! Even though this was THIER mistake to begin with for installing it wrong and then they turned around didn’t do anything they said needed to be done with it that would make it correct and literally two years later almost to the the month our shingles are literally falling off again!! This has been a nightmare!! I’m not one to leave reviews but this is ridiculous and this company is TERRIBLE!! Nobody should have to go through this much just to get a company to DO THEIR JOB!!!
The Roof Defective was very professional, They cleaned up everything like they weren't even there.They also did quality work. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. They completed, roofing, siding, and gutters. They handled all the work with our insurance company too. Our sales rep Shawn was a tremendous help. He kept in contact with us through the whole process He was always friendly and took care of things we couldn't to get the insurance company moving. I would recommend The Roof Detective 1000%!!
