My husband called and spoke with Tammy about our problem and she assured us she would have someone out as soon as possible. We live in the country and not close to cities but he arrived in a timely matter. The softener we had was an old one but Zach went to work right away on the problem. Very nice young man and diligent in his work. He had brought a refurbished on out and worked on it, installed it. He said if we had any trouble to call and he would come back out. But the unit was still had some issues. My husband called and Zach came back out and took out the unit and took it back to the shop where he could work on it. He brought it back and Installed it and it seems to be working fine. Again, he said if it does work properly that to call and he would come back out with another unit. We were impressed with Zach in how hard he worked and his professionalism. Tammy was also very professional in how she kept us informed where the repairman would be coming from and how long it would take. We appreciated this very much. We will be using Seiter in the future for other needs.
Chris L. was awesome - a class act in professionalism. He replaced the RO filters, found out what was causing well pressure to drop (iron filter) did a water test, inspected all the plumbing, provided a lot of consultation, and even got our fireplace working. Price was low too! Seiter is such a great company. Everyone I've interacted with is helpful and pleasant.

I could not be more thankful for my experience from start to finish. They installed an iron air filter for my well water..something I have been wanting for 35 years! They were so nice, did the job, left everything neat and tidy and took all my old equipment away. Soo happy with evrrythign...
Seiter Services plumbing tech, "Chris L", came to my home on 30 April 2026 to perform a plumbing inspection of my water softener. He was well qualified and found a problem with the brine tank connection within 1 minute. He quickly fixed the problem at no cost, and my softener was operating again. On the same day, Seiter Services HVAC tech, "Elijah" came to my home to perform the semi-annual HVAC review. He did an excellent and thorough job testing the system both inside (furnace & thermostat) and outside (heat-pump). Elijah then prepared a detailed 12-point inspection report. Both "Chris L" and Elijah were knowledgeable, provided excellent service, and were professional in their interactions with me. I highly recommend them and Seiter Services.
Elijah came over and checked out a warning signal that had gone off at Seiter services. They wanted to make sure we have no water damage in our attic. I commend them on their diligence in taking care of us. Elijah is an awesome young man. He takes his job seriously, he has pride and high standards in what he does. This make them very good at his job. I would want him to service our HVAC unit all the time. Thank you Elijah for your advice also.
