We just had our windows replaced and Tri-State did such a beautiful job. If you can zoom in on the pictures you can see how careful and precise they were on their miter work around the window wraps. I've been in construction most of my life, so I know what to look for. The detail work on the mitering and the caulking was I'd say perfect. They're clean up was amazing. Dusty, and Ron and his crew were a pleasure to have in our house. It wasn't a big inconvenience like I thought it was going to be with people working in the house and windows being open and all. He manage things so that everything went pretty smooth. For us that is, cuz I know they had a tough job. I need to mention my better-half, Linda Newbury !
I spent a lot of time comparing window companies, and I'm glad I chose them. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, but what really set them apart was the professionalism provided. Todd was very helpful in selecting the right window sizes and styles for our home, offering suggestions that improved both the appearance and energy efficiency without ever making us feel pressured. Communication was outstanding - as they found us excellent financing that made the windows much more affordable than we expected - as we added 2 doors on at the last minute to complete the look. The installation crew deserves special recognition. They worked incredibly hard, arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and cleaned up after themselves too - much appreciated. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! Thanks Tri-State.

Good place to get windows. We did a lot of shopping around and decided to use them for quality, price and of course customer service. They accommodated our schedule to come out and give us an accurate quote, communicated throughout the process and had superior attention to detail when installing. After installation the owners came out for a professional inspection. Side note: we ordered these 3 weeks after ordering other windows from window world. Tristate Installed 1st week of December. Window world will not be here until 1/26! Truly superior customer service with tri state!
I feel with Tri-State I got a fair deal. Excellent work. Excellent communication. Their roofers worked from dawn to dusk to minimize the hassle of the operation. The yard up against the house had very minimal damage during and after the tear off, which is amazing. Their cleanup was very thorough...I found at most two nails and a couple small pieces of shingle. It wasn't cheap nor was it expensive considering the work that was done. It was very reasonably priced for all the quality work and materials. High recommendation.
Tri state windows does shotty work and their installers are not very bright. The owner talks a good game but the window quality is terrible my house is freezing ever since they touched our house. My heat could be set @ 67-68’ and our house was warm. Now even @ 69’ it’s still cold and my bedroom has a breeze. Not to mention my daughter’s window that looks absolutely terrible !! Guess what he didn’t even care. I would not recommend this company.
