Good place to get windows. We did a lot of shopping around and decided to use them for quality, price and of course customer service. They accommodated our schedule to come out and give us an accurate quote, communicated throughout the process and had superior attention to detail when installing. After installation the owners came out for a professional inspection. Side note: we ordered these 3 weeks after ordering other windows from window world. Tristate Installed 1st week of December. Window world will not be here until 1/26! Truly superior customer service with tri state!

It was a very positive experience working with Tri-State. The owner was involved with the process and the crew that came out to the house did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Tri-State… we used Tri-State for both the roof and siding. From the quoting process.. to the finished product… Tri-State is great to work with. The salesmen Michael was great to get things started… The owner Todd called and stopped by multiple times and Laurie back at the office was always very friendly if we called or emailed anything. (Great Customer Service!!)… The roofing crew was fast and very skilled at their jobs, we couldn’t be happier with the roof and work that they did… Also we can’t say enough about the siding installers (John, Alex, Todd, DJ). They worked on our house as if they were working on their own. The care and craftsmanship on every detail was above anything I could have asked for. That crew was amazing. I said it already… but it’s worth repeating… We highly recommend using Tri-State. You wont be disappointed. 😊👍 I added some before and after pictures… it doesn’t look like the old house. We have been getting great compliments from the neighbors. 😊
Needed framing around one window replaced d/t wind damage. Had both done so they matched. Also had soffit replaced around the entire home to spruce it up. The installers were very professional, courteous and thorough. The company always kept me in the loop and the price was very reasonable!
