The awning was installed by professionals that covered every little detail and they even put the proper color caulking on the corners of the siding that was removed and reinstalled. Our patio faces East so the patio will be shaded from noon on. We highly recommend SunSetter great product and great people to work with.
Yesterday R & S General Contracting installed the replacement fabric on our 18’ motorized Sunsetter. They were very professional and nice. I am so glad we left the installation to the professionals and would gladly refer them.
We are very happy with the installation of our new SunSetter awning. Rich and his team are clearly skilled carpenters. The attention to small details (caulking, extra blocking, water intrusion prevention, etc.) clearly stand out making the awning look fantastic. The South facing porch is now significantly cooler. We highly recommend!

Great company, father, son really made dealing with Sunsetter (SS) Awnings bearable. They made three trips to install replacement awning through no fault of R&S! First trip SS sent the wrong size & color, second time installed and material had holes in it and third time was excellent. Finally SS met expectations in materials for R&S to install. Each time Jason called SS and got the ball rolling for replacement material to complete the project! Thank guys for excellent customer service and completion.
I continue to recommend R&S General Contracting Inc. who installed my sunsetter awning. It's a good idea to have the awing maintenance done to ensure good operation. They did a great job today. The price was reasonable.
