After several companies quotes I ended up with Cool Care. They provided a quote that was in line with other quotes but what set them apart was the personalities of the owners. They were helpful in explaining the differences in systems. Standard AC vs Heat Pump. (Ended up with a heat pump system). I made a decision on a Monday and they came out the following day. Installation went well. They explained the system, provided a nice overview. The workers were all nice and professional. They cleaned up after and hauled away the old equipment. I would recommend them.
Cool Care came out and did a great job. Angel was my technician, and he was professional, efficient, and handled everything the right way. The service was smooth from start to finish, and I really appreciate the quality work. I would definitely recommend Cool Care to anyone needing reliable service.
