We cannot recommend The Priory Hotel enough! From the moment our guests arrived, everyone was blown away by how beautiful, unique, and charming the hotel is. The historic character of the property is absolutely stunning, and every room feels so special and thoughtfully designed. It truly added so much to the overall experience of our wedding weekend. Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the staff was absolutely incredible. Every single person we interacted with was kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure our guests had an amazing stay. The level of service was truly exceptional and made the entire weekend feel so seamless and special. One of the best decisions we made was having our guests stay at The Priory and extending the celebration throughout the weekend. It created such a fun and intimate atmosphere having everyone together in one place. The location is also perfect and so convenient for a Pittsburgh wedding weekend. The Priory is truly one of the most unique and special places in Pittsburgh, and we are so grateful we were able to celebrate such an important weekend there. We already cannot wait to come back and stay again. 🤍
This boutique hotel was quaint, quiet and impeccably clean. We stayed at The Priory last night for the NFL Draft to treat ourselves to the full experience that will likely happen in Pittsburgh only once in our lifetime. We have driven past this building several times as my sister used to live a block away, but we never knew it was a hotel. It is classic, very comfortable, and the dependable service exceeded any hotel we have ever stayed in. We took the shuttle to a drop-off point near the stadium for convenience. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages were included and needed after walking 17,000 steps around the city to take in the NFL Draft festivities. The Priory even had its own draft watch party with a buffet dinner with Jon Kolb and Rocky Bleier as former Steelers present. The complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared, and the coffee was hot. We were on the third floor, and we have to mention any downside to the stay, it was lower water pressure. Regardless, we can see why this lovely inn has won so many awards. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. We got texts welcoming us and asking us if we needed anything during our stay. All questions were quickly answered. We will certainly stay at this property again. Thank you!

Check-in and check-out were smooth, nothing complicated or overly personalized. The common areas had a calm atmosphere, especially in the morning. Location-wise, it was convenient enough for getting around Pittsburgh, though not directly in the busiest part of downtown. Parking was manageable during my stay. Overall, it’s the kind of place you choose more for character and simplicity than modern amenities. I wouldn’t call it special, but it worked well for what I needed.
We were in town for a concert and had a wonderful experience at The Priory Hotel. Although we encountered an issue with our room, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and quick to make things right. Their excellent customer service truly stood out and made our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend The Priory Hotel and would gladly stay there again.
We had a delightful stay at the Priory 😊 The staff was great and very helpful. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The boxed breakfast (egg, cheese, and meat - choice of ham or sausage - croissant, yogurt, muffin, fruit and juice) was excellent! It was an easy walk to PNC Park for the baseball game and, with free self parking, was just what we needed 😊 Excellent weekend! Definitely will plan to visit again. Thank you!
