Makaila was amazing she went over all my treatment and was so helpful such a great part of the team. The hygienist Hailey was also very nice and knowledgeable. This place is great.
I have the best dentist, Dr. Doris VanNatter. She was my dentist for years when I first moved to this area. Years later, my insurance changed so I had to find a new dentist. What a tooth ache. After a few years of other dentists, I found Dr. VanNatter at Detail Dental. I walked into the office and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. She walked me through the insurance Detail Dental offers. I felt the cost of the insurance was reasonable. Dr. VanNatter filled two cavities which included replacing two caps. Of course, I was a little uncomfortable that day but I felt pretty good the next day. Dr. VanNatter spent time with me but she was also very efficient and gentle. I have received numerous compliments on my teeth including compliments from the other dentists to whom I’ve gone. Kudos to Dr. VanNatter and Detail Dental. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also very cordial, gentle and efficient. Needless to say, I was/am happy with my experience.

Last year I got a bridge done through VA community care. They did such a horrible job I am having to get it redone less than a year later. I should have known it was gonna be trash the moment they put that ugly trash temp bridge on. But a year later I am sitting in the dentist with an infection under my gums bc they did not seal the bridge. Now I have to get more dental work done. The bridge was not matched to my teeth and didn’t align well so my bite has been off for a year. And no the bridge did not move, it was cemented on and the xray told the new dentist the VA sent me to everything they needed to know how Detail Dental did not care. Of course i thought it was cool. I’m not a professional. But now I do know how much they did not care. I highly recommend anywhere besides here. I will be contacting the VA to hopefully get them off the community care list for veterans.
The staff were warm and friendly. Dr. Chisler thoroughly explained my dental treatment plans. I didn't feel my normal dental anxiety. The environment was very clean with modernized equipment. It was by far one of my best dental experiences.
I first confirmed that they could handle high anxiety patients, then I went in WEEKS AND WEEKS ago, the gal taking xrays took more xrays than I have teeth, by a LONGSHOT! She VERY OBVIOUSLY didnt know what she was doing... but I got a LIFETIME of radiation that day. Then I spoke to the dentist? Who didn't want to hear ANYTHING that I wanted for my teeth, then I was left in the chair, ZERO exam, ZERO checking ANYTHING ... just left sitting FOREVER... I went out to the front, to say that I needed to leave after FAR TOO MANY xrays and ZERO checking my mouth or teeth, and they (of course) said "ohhhhhhhh! We were GETTING READY to come tell you that we had an emergency in another room, and that we will check with your insurance blah blah blah... " no "checking" is needed, DO THE SERVICE, SEND THE BILL! It had been WEEKS, when I called back to find out why I had not been contacted AT ALL for any follow up... "ohhhhh, well, when we hear back from your insurance about ......" that has been many more weeks ago... I contacted my insurance, they VERY CLEARLY explained that the provider need ONLY to submit the bill... the bill for xrays was submitted and paid in full.... my insurance has had NO OTHER CONTACT from this provider!!! So, CLEARLY, this provider cannot handle anxiety patients, has plenty of their own money and doesn't want any of mine. HORRIBLE practice. ETA: I was just told that they submitted insurance paperwork on APRIL 1!!! Here we are, on June 17th, I have contacted them repeatedly and they have not contacted me one single time... 2 1/2 MONTHS in pain, no exam, no follow up, NOTHING. ...great waiting room, unfortunately, I spent HOURS waiting in the chair instead... and MONTHS waiting, in pain at home...HORRIBLE PRACTICE!
