Maria was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was outstanding and she made us feel so welcomed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in LA. We stayed with our kids and they had a great time here. The rooms were clean and as showed in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool area is beautiful and clean and the vibes outside were so chill. This location overall was a 10/10. We will definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay and Mari made it even better! She truly made our stay wonderful!

10 star for this hotel for having persons like Emmi , He provided the best service we have ever received at any hotel. He truly cared about making sure we were completely happy with our room and did everything possible to meet our requests. His attention to detail, warm attitude, and exceptional hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. He made us feel valued and genuinely cared for. Thank you, Emmi, for making our stay so special. You are an incredible manager and a true asset to the hotel!
Great rooms with amazing view and the staff is very friendly but there is definitely room for improvement in the quality of the rooms. Cleaning is lacking, the bathroom shower curtain smelled, the bedroom back board had stains. The price of the room is good for the size but definitely needs to be cleaned better. They charge a $100 deposit but after $55 parking and $34 amenities fee which are taxed the deposit is gone. Check in is at 4pm and they didn't offer early check in and we had to wait in the lobby 20 min after 4pm to get our room key. They gave us a bottle of wine for the time we waited which was great.
If you've got business downtown LA and you want a really upscale place to stay for a reasonable price, I strongly recommend Level on S Olive Street just a few blocks from the convention center. The thing about this place - it's very modern AND you're staying either in a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom suite. They suites are really large especially compared to a regular hotel room you'll get at more expensive prices! My 1-bed had a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The staff are super friendly and helpful - especially Lana and Jonny at the front desk. Skip the big chain hotels, this is the place to stay!!!!
