Our basement got flooded overnight with water coming from the concrete floor. We suspected it came from the clogged down spouts and drains outside. It was Saturday morning with more heavy rain coming same day. In total panic, I went on thumbtack feeling pretty hopeless to find someone fast given it was the weekend. Michael responded within minutes, talked me through the issue and coordinated a technician to come out the same afternoon. Ryan showed up shortly after and diagnosed the issue with a price estimate that seemed reasonable. He said he had all the tools to get it fixed right away and by the same evening everything was fixed. Ryan was super curtious, polite and hard working. We were beyond pleased with the outcome. Huge thank you to Michael for his responsiveness, friendliness, willingness to help in an urgent manner and Ryan for doing a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed. Excellent service. I put out a request on Thumbtack for a hot water heater service. Michael from Transit and Flow called in 5 minutes. A tech arrived a few hours later. The 20 year old tank was bad. That was yesterday. He had a new one installed today. Very impressed having a new water heater installed in under 24 hours. Highly recommended Transit and Flow .
The owner of the company was friendly and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. In addition, the technician was on time and provided a solution that was cost effective. Would recommend!
One of the best experiences I've had with a plumbing company. Michael (the owner) was attentive and considerate. He really cares that his customers are taken care of. Shane (the technician) came right in and went to work. He was professional and kind and was able to get us up and running quickly. This was all done the same day we first called as we were able to be scheduled that quickly. I will only be using this company for my plumbing needs in the future.
