If you ever get a chance to experience Cookies with Mrs Kringle or Breakfast with Santa at Tower City in Cleveland- Don't bother! We paid $25 a person + a $40 Service Charge to sit in a freezing cold room eating grocery store cookies, drinking coffee and cocoa from a vending machine dispenser, while a nice woman coughed all over everyone (and we're still sick). Our 6 and 8 year old were bored within minutes since we ended up being the only ones there at Noon on a Saturday and other than a woman reading one story from a book there was nothing else to do. The Staff, especially Erik the Elf, were friendly and helpful but the experience was overpriced and the train ride we paid extra for was a joke. There was no Santa (unless you paid $60 a person for breakfast.), and no Mr. Jingeling, but there was Bruce The Spruce but the line was too long. It was really for babies and small children. There were .3 small cars that went in a very small circle a few times...boring! And the Toy Shoppe was a big money grab. It was like being at the Dollar Store (or Five and Up) with cheap toys that cost $5 and up. The entire event was a waste of time and money. I would NOT recommend!
Truly fun for all ages - we don’t have kids and we had a great time! Each room has an activity and an in-character guide, and you’re only in each for a few minutes, so even the shortest attention spans won’t get bored. And I’m very certain that Mr. Kringle is the real deal. Mrs. Kringle’s cookie party is also great - all the cookies you can eat, a fancy coffee machine, trivia and tic tac toe - and you can hang out as long as you want within reason. This is what a holiday attraction should be!

What a phenomenal experience! The staff was accommodating and friendly. The exhibits exceeded our expectations and left my kids in awe. Special shout out to Jimmy for ensuring that our group had a pleasurable experience!
Went on Christmas Eve. Three adults and a two year old. We all had fun. It’s a very interactive and imaginative experience. The child had a great time. The rooms are short enough to keep kids engaged and moving along which I liked. The personalized Santa was fun for her. I think this would be a fun thing to do again. Get the $8 parking. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about the kids and families having a good time.
I will honestly say I am very mixed about this experience. The decor is phenomenal, the characters were very animated and perfect for their roles and it is entertaining for children. The biggest downfall is the price point. Adults and kids tickets being the same price yet it is not including of adults interest or involvement. Everything is an extra add on including taking home the puppet the kids get to make, which is sad because that is a big part of the experience. $25 per puppet plus over $50 in tickets for one adult and one child is very overpriced. Unfortunately, we did forget about the train ride experience we paid for as it was so fast paced. After seeing Mr Kringle we were thrown out the door to the gift shop and sent out. We purchased the train tickets online, paid for 2 adults and 2 kids not knowing the train is for 12 years old and younger so if you skipped that purchase you wouldn’t miss it. The service fees and tax are really unethical as there is no explanation to them. Tax was $3 but their service fee is as much as 2 tickets? The gift shop had no price tags but it is to be expected like everything else, expensive. The parking garage is conveniently located in the same building however very little direction on how to find it. Overall, I give it a 3/5 for engaging for kids, very animated and lively. If the muppet, souvenir & more than 5-10 minute increments for the special rooms were included for the cost, I would’ve given them 5/5.
