Discriminated against from my first appointment due to my ADHD and treatment. I had to change my script due to my insurance and now he is unwilling to change it back due to it being against “office policy”, yet totally legal. When I said I would be finding another PCP, he offered to write an (illegal) handwritten script but if I lost it, that was on me…
I just had my initial appointment with Dr. Snider this afternoon and had a five star experience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I was quickly taken back to a consultation room and checked in for treatment by a medical assistant with a very sunny disposition. Dr. Snider was also quick to enter within minutes of being checked in. His bedside manner was spot on and we had a great conversation about my personal life and medical history. He was extremely thorough in finding out what my goals were for the appointment. I received boosters for vaccines I was in need of and had blood drawn while in the office by another medical assistant who was also very friendly and asked genuine questions. I was also notified by my pharmacy that my prescriptions were received by the office prior to even checking out. Overall, a top notch experience and I will be referring friends and family!

Dr. Snider was very kind and I felt a genuine concern from him during my appointment. His exam was very thorough and I could tell he was truly listening and understanding of my questions/needs/concerns. He was great at communicating his assessment and best options for immediate and prolonged care/treatment.
I have been a patient of Dr. Snider for 3 years now. His bed side manner is excellent and you feel more like you are having a casual conversation than if you were being interrogated by a dr. I have never gone in feeling rushed or as if i wasn't getting optimal care. I would highly recommend him.
I initially had a good experience with Dr. Snider in that he listened to my issues and prescribed medication that fit my mental health needs at the time. Very recently, however, I had a bad stye that popped up 2 days before vacation. I called the office the day before I was supposed to leave the state when it was clear my eye was getting worse, described my issue, and asked for antibiotic eye drops. The last time I had a stye, the only thing that helped were antibiotic eye drops, and I wanted to clear it up before heading out on my trip. The nurse practitioner (who was very nice) called me back later that day and said that Dr. Snider wouldn't prescribe the antibiotic eye drops because he didn't usually do that for a stye. She said that he would need to see me before *possibly* prescribing anything, and they had no openings. She recommended doing warm compresses to alleviate the pain. I was going to be driving several hours the next day and couldn't do the compresses in the car. I did do the compresses before leaving and when we arrived at our hotel, but on the morning of the first full day of our trip, I was barely able to open my eye due to the severe swelling. The compresses weren't cutting it. I had to go to an urgent care in Tennessee, and the doctor there prescribed me the antibiotic eyedrops upon seeing the condition of my eye. If Dr. Snider had prescribed me the same eyedrops when I asked for them initially, I could have been halfway healed by the first day of my trip. Instead, I had to spend several hours and $$$ at an out-of-state urgent care to actually get the care I needed. I know my body best, and I knew based on the way my eye was quickly getting worse that I needed those eyedrops. After using the eyedrops for only one day, my eye was significantly better the next morning and not nearly as swollen. Dr. Snider would have lost nothing by calling in that prescription aside from the money from an in-person visit. I will now be finding a new primary care provider.
