I brought my Jeep Commander into Strictly Auto last week for routine maintenance and had an outstanding experience. Justin was my service manager, and he set the bar high. His customer service was top-notch, he paid close attention to detail, and he took the time to explain the more technical aspects in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was his transparency and honesty. In an industry where that can be hard to find, Justin made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I never felt upsold or pressured… just informed and taken care of. As long as Justin is at Strictly Auto, I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I had never brought my Lexus to Strictly Automotive until I read good things about it and then after I was there, I realized they are awesome! Very honest, didn’t sell me anything extra that was not needed! I did not know for sure if I needed new spark plugs they checked the current plugs It’s and said it was not necessary currently! I really like this place and the work they do and the prices they charge are very very fair for the work on my Lexus! I’ll be back again
Strictly auto are the complete package. Professional, knowledgeable, and open to providing any level of explanation you’re looking for. I’m an experienced driveway mechanic, so I need diagnostic info, and then I decide to let them do the work or take it on myself. In the former case, I trust Strictly above any other mechanic I’ve used in Denver. I’ve lived here 25+ years and used a lot of garages.
