I brought my Jeep Commander into Strictly Auto last week for routine maintenance and had an outstanding experience. Justin was my service manager, and he set the bar high. His customer service was top-notch, he paid close attention to detail, and he took the time to explain the more technical aspects in a way that actually made sense. What stood out most was his transparency and honesty. In an industry where that can be hard to find, Justin made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I never felt upsold or pressured… just informed and taken care of. As long as Justin is at Strictly Auto, I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend.
I've been using Strictly for almost 10 years now. The one thing that I can confidently say is that they are straight shooters who, in my experience, only do work that actually needs to be done. They do the work well. If there is a mistake, they take responsibility for it. I think the most important thing you can say about an auto-repair place is that you trust them. I trust Misty and the team. They have gone wildly beyond my expectations for what a shop would do to try to find solutions to some pretty out-there issues I've had with my vehicle. Most recently, they figured out that I'd received contaminated gas and even went so far as to bring in an outside expert to do chemical testing on the gasoline to prove it was contaminated. In full transparency, they are not the cheapest shop and that can be frustrating at times. But, you get what you pay for, and what I've gotten for 10 years is reliable, trustworthy service. Good people. Good work. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Strictly Automotive. I was given a next day appointment to have my air conditioning checked. Justin called and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. The repair was done as soon as they had the parts. I was able to pick car up the next day. I've heard you can burn out your engine by having insufficient oil. I'm thinking Justin saved my car by changing the oil. He said level didn't register on dipstick! My car's 20 years old and Justin didn't try to do extra, expensive work; just what needed to be done. I had a really great experience with Strictly Automotive. Alyssa was super communicative, walked me through everything, and gave me a really fair price. I have an older car, and they were honest about what actually needed to be fixed versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of, which has been an issue for me in the past as a woman in her early 20s with an older car. They even followed up after the work was done and offered to help with an issue another shop caused, giving me a much better price and great advice on how to handle the situation. Definitely recommend!
