Dean's provided exemplary service from call-in to request service to completion of the work. I couldn't turn hot water shut-off valve beneath kitchen sink as needed to install a new dishwasher, so called Dean's at 5pm on a Tuesday to request a new shutoff valve and compression valve for the dishwasher. I was scheduled for 0830-1030 the next day. Chris and Luke arrived just before 9am and completed an inspection of the house's water system, confirming earlier input I received that our house water pressure is too high (but prior plumbers didn't explain the potential adverse effects of having high water pressure). I subsequently agreed to the installation of a pressure reducing valve and thermal expansion tank. I also had a sink with immovable shut off valves, so had Chris (who performed the work after Luke's holistic assessment) also install new shut off valves on the sink. Chris demonstrated professionalism throughout the day, being respectful of our house with shoe covers and carefully caring tubing/supplies throughout our house. Chris explained what he had done with each of the tasks and ensured we understood what the various components did and the expected lifespan for each. Excellent work! We will definitely use Dean's again for future plumbing needs!
When I filled out the service request online they called me back within 10 minutes! They were prompt, thorough, and did a GREAT job fixing a leak around our toilet while replacing it with a nice one piece! I would highly recommend Dean's to anyone needing quality plumbing work done!

Dani managed to get a service team over to us despite their schedule being very full for the day. It was a bit of an emergency since we have a disabled person needing that bathroom. Harold and Peter worked into the evening to handle all the issues that were a problem. They patiently explained the problem and offered different solutions to help us make the repair decision that was right for us. I have total confidence in their work and really appreciate their quick response in fitting us in.
I had a leaky basement and decided to give Dean’s Plumbing a shot. They have great reviews and can handle just about any type of plumbing issue. I had a technician out two hours later to assess the clogged water main as well as an undersize drainage sink. Dartanian the technician, was very professional and gave me several options. The work was completed that day. I will definitely use them again. Update: Another property had similar problems as well as leaky toilets and faucet. Levi J came out within the hour and fixed everything. Another great response with great work.
Saturday sump pump failure after storms. Alex came out by 8:45 am and explained all that he was able to do and repaired our sump pump with skill and speed and provided reassurance. So appreciative of his kind approach to his job. Thank you so much!!
