I am a very pleased first time customer. A wonderful, polite, professional young gentleman named Ryan P. Came out to help diagnose water that was leaking from my toilet as well as under my bathroom sink. Waterworks was the first company that contacted me immediately! You have a great employee!! Thank you, He also was very respectful and kind to my two dogs. I will be contacting Waterworks for any of my future plumbing in my home.
We had a gate valve for a hot water shutoff in the basement completely stuck, as well as a shutoff for a vanity sink upstairs. The plumber, Adam, was able to repair the valve and also replaced the shut off valve. He was very polite and professional and kept us informed of everything the job entailed and the work that was being performed. I will not hesitate to use Water Works for any plumbing need I have. I highly recommend this company.
